Connected Commerce
One cart across four parks
problem film, produced with ai video and voice tools
A leisure group with four theme parks and a hotel business. Everything is connected on paper. Almost nothing is connected in the booking flow.
Two gaps, one cause. You can book your park tickets and your hotel in a single go, but not your flight, so a family planning a trip from overseas builds the whole holiday in one place, then leaves to buy the thing that actually gets them there. And with four parks under one owner, most visitors only ever discover one. Nobody tells them about the other three.
The pitch had a persuasion problem before it had a design problem. A wireframe can describe a system. It can't make a room believe in one.
So I built the argument in two parts. A short film to make the gap obvious, and funny, because a stakeholder who laughs has understood the problem. Then a prototype that quietly closes it.
The missing leg
Book the park. Book the hotel. Leave the site to book the flight.

The forgotten neighbour
One persistent bar living across all four park sites. It travels with you and remembers what you added anywhere. Add a ride at one park, see it waiting when you land on another.
UI built from wireframes by the design director. Interaction animation to show the cart behaving. Opening films produced with AI video and voice tools, fast enough to make a pitch film in the time a pitch actually allows.
